Robbie followed a comprehensive regimen while working closely with renowned skincare expert Jasmine Vico, who collaborated with the cast of 'Barbie' to achieve the desired skin results. According to an interview with Harper's Bazaar, this regimen included a customised line of supplements, dietary adjustments, and specialised skin treatments.
The inclusion of fermented foods, such as kimchi, a traditional Korean dish, was a key component of Robbie's dietary approach. Robbie also ate sauerkraut, kefir, bitter foods, and berries, according to Vico. This dietary emphasis was designed to promote healing and reduce stress in the body.
Vico emphasised that the regimen went beyond surface treatments, emphasising the link between skin health and overall well-being. She observed that many cast members were initially unaware of the gut-skin axis and often focused on external skincare routines.
"Rather than relying on quick fixes, achieving healthy skin requires dedication and effort. Individuals must do the necessary work to achieve a natural glow and vitality, dispelling the myth of living dolls," Vico said in the interview.
Robbie's commitment to a healthy diet was evident in her daily routine, as detailed in an interview with Women's Health UK. Her typical day included porridge for breakfast, an immunity-boosting morning smoothie, a chicken salad for lunch, and a tuna steak with sweet potato for dinner. Throughout the day, she drank tea.
Robbie occasionally indulged in treats such as beef burgers and beer while living in the United States, demonstrating her balanced eating style. Her favourite foods included burgers and fries, especially a double truffle burger from Umami Burger, an American chain.
Robbie is dedicated to leading an active lifestyle in addition to her dietary habits. Pilates is her preferred workout, which she discovered after moving to Los Angeles. When she is not preparing for a role, she enjoys dance classes and tennis, emphasising a holistic approach to health and fitness.
