Karnataka Cabinet: CM Siddaramaiah keeps Finance, Cabinet Affairs, Deputy CM Shivakumar gets Major and Medium Irrigation as Home Ministry is allotted to G Parameshwara.

Karnataka Cabinet: Days after Congress won the assembly polls in Karnataka, the cabinet is finally in place with the minister being assigned their respective departments. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah Finance, Cabinet Affairs, and Information among others while Deputy CM DK Shivakumar has been allotted Major and Medium Irrigation and Bengaluru City Development. Department of Home has been allotted to Dr. G Parameshwara, though Intelligence will be handled by Siddaramaiah.

Siddaramaiah, Chief Minister: Finance, Cabinet Affairs, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Intelligence, Information, I.T. & B.T., Infrastructure Development and all unallocated portfolios. 

D. K. Shivakumar, Deputy Chief Minister: Major and Medium Irrigation, Bengaluru City Development including BBMP, BDA, BWSSB, BMRDA, BMRCL (Connected to these authorities related to Town Planning).

Dr.G.Parameshwara: Home (excluding Intelligence).

H.K. Patil: Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Legislation, Tourism.

K.H. Muniyappa: Food and Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs.

Ramalinga Reddy: Transport and Muzrai

M.B.Patil: Large & Medium Industries.

K.J. George:  Energy.

Dinesh Gundu Rao: Health & Family Welfare.

Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa: Social Welfare.

Satish Jarakiholi: Public Works.

Krishna Byregowda: Revenue (excluding Muzrai)

Priyank Kharge: Rural Development and Panchayat Raj.

Shivanand Patil: Textiles, Sugarcane Development and Directorate of Sugar, Agricultural Marketing from Co-operation Department.
