Caught On Camera: Ambulance Crashes At Toll Booth In Karnataka's Byndoor, 4 Dead
A video captured by the CCTV camera at the toll booth shows the horrific accident on a wet road in the coastal district of Karnataka following rain.
New Delhi: An ambulance carrying a patient along with two attendants lost control and crashed into a toll booth in Karnataka's Udupi district on Wednesday, killing four people, police said.

In the video footage, some men who appear to be security guards and toll operators can be seen scurrying to remove three plastic barricades from one of the lanes on seeing the ambulance approach.

The footage also shows one of the guards successfully remove two barricades before the toll plaza, however, the last barricade remains near the boom barrier that a man manages to pull out, but only halfway since by then, the ambulance can be seen almost at the toll plaza.
The ambulance, approaching the area in a high speed, skids on the wet road and swerves towards the toll booth cabin, as seen in the video.
