'BJP Only Wants Sensitive Issues Like Love Jihad Instead Of Development': Karnataka LoP BK Hariprasad
“Amit Shah comes here and attacks JDS and talks about merging Amul and Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), we'll not allow it,” he said.
Chennai: Karnataka Leader of Opposition BK Hariprasad came down heavily against the BJP-led state government and said that the party only wants 'love jihad' and other sensitive issues instead of development.
BK Hariprasad, Karnataka Leader of Opposition said, “BJP only wants 'love jihad', Hindu-Muslim (disputes) and other such sensitive issues instead of development. Ex-US Pres Obama used to tell American students to be capable enough to compete with students from Bengaluru and Shanghai. Now BJP govt in Karnataka has ruined it.”

Meanwhile, BK Hariprasad made the statement just after facing backlash for making derogatory comments against BJP MLAs.
Hariprasad compared Karnataka Minister Anand Singh and others who switched parties as prostitutes. He said that they formed a coalition government when there wasn't a clear mandate.
"A woman who sells her body for food is called a prostitute. I leave it to you what you'll call MLAs who sold themselves," he asked as per Times of India.
