Two arrested with cache of explosives in Hyderabad

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], Nov 2 (ANI): The Hayathnagar Police arrested two people for the illegal possession of huge amount of explosives.

The arrested person, identified as Ahmed and Venkatiah, used to blast materials without permission on their land.

The police have recovered 60 detonators, 24 gelatin sticks, 20 metre wire and four batteries from their possession.

According to the SHO at Hayatnagar police station, after receiving the information about illegal blasting at a place in Batasingaram Ranga, they chalked out a plan to nab the perpetrators.

A case has been registered against them under section 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC ) and section 286, 336, 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 9 (B) (1) (b) of the explosive act.(ANI)
