This is the airbag your smartphone needs

Berlin [Germany], July 2 (ANI): To help save your smartphone from accidental damage, engineering student Philip Frenzel has come up with an innovative idea inspired from things around us.

Similar to how an airbag expands in the situation of a car accident, the ADcase or 'mobile airbag' expands its spider-like legs as soon as the device starts to fall, Mashable reported.

The case uses sensors that put into action the set of retractable legs in response to a fall. (ANI)
