Spice offers one-year replacement warranty across its portfolio

New Delhi [India], August 3 (ANI): Spice announced on Thursday a guaranteed one-year replacement warranty across its product portfolio, including smartphones and feature phones.

The recently launched portfolio comprises of eight mobile devices, including three Smartphones and five feature phones, and was made available in the markets starting July 11.

The product portfolio will be available across offline channels.

In April 2016, with the launch of itel, Transsion Holdings pioneered the way for exceptional after sale services to its consumers. Transsion's itel brand was the first mobile handset player to offer the proposition of 100-day replacement warranty.

After its partnership with Spice Mobility, the company becomes the first player to offer one-year replacement warranty across its entire portfolio, apart from offering more than 850 service touch points for Spice consumers. (ANI)
