Delhi: Panchkula police reach GK residence to find Honeypreet, return empty handed

We will be filing an anticipatory bail plea in front of the High Court and would request the court to provide her with a transit bail for 3 weeks, because she feels there is an hostile environment for her in Haryana.

Pradeep Arya, Honeypreet’s lawyer spoke to ABP News and said that; “We will be reaching High Court around 10-10:30 am on Tuesday.”

Hours after Honeypreet’s lawyers revealed that she has been in Delhi, ever since she has been reported as missing, a team of Panchkula police reached South Delhi’s Greater Kailash on Tuesday morning.

The Delhi High Court today dismissed the transit anticipatory bail plea of Honeypreet Insan, facing charges of sedition and inciting violence after the conviction of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim in twin rape cases.

The police reached GK’s house number A-9, but to the police’s surprise she was not found there.
