ABP Network’s flagship event ‘Ideas of India Summit’ is back with a season 2 where eminent personalities from different walks of life share their thoughts on some of the pertinent topics and issues of the current times ranging from politics to sports and economy to entertainment. For two days, February 24 and 25 the eminent speakers will speak on what constitutes “Naya India”. 

While the looming aftermath of the pandemic and changing geopolitics would take the centre stage among other important issues, we stop and take a look back at the myths and why they are still alive. 

Renowned mythologist, author, illustrator and speaker, Devdutt Pattnaik would join the ABP Idea of India Summit to speak on ‘The Epic Stories: Why Our Myths Are Still Alive’ on February 24. 

Pattnaik’s work majorly focuses on religion, mythology, and management and has authored several books including Myth = Mithya: A Handbook of Hindu Mythology, Jaya: An Illustrated Retelling of the Mahabharata, Sita: An Illustrated Retelling of the Ramayana, and My Gita.

He has also incorporated the Mahabharata and Ramayana into human resource management. 

Pattnaik also writes columns for leading national dailies and hosts a radio show and a podcast. 

The event will host other eminent speakers like former UK Prime Minister Liz Truss, Infosys founder and chairman emeritus Narayana Murthy, Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari and Ashwini Vaishnaw, Chief Ministers Arvind Kejriwal, Eknath Shinde and Bhagwant Mann, Bollywood legends Zeenat Aman, Asha Parekh, social media influencers, music personalities, educationalist and many more who will be presenting their idea of 'Naya India' from the stage of 'Ideas Of India Summit' 2023.

The second edition of the ABP Network "Ideas of India Summit", which will be held on February 24-25, takes place at a time of global geopolitical tensions and with just a year to go for the general elections in India. The theme for this year's summit is 'Naya India: Looking Inward, Reaching Out', and will see several business icons, cultural ambassadors, and politicians sharing their views.
