You must include green vegetables in your diet to keep the body and skin healthy. Green vegetables contain a large amount of antioxidants, Vitamins and Nutrients that help to improve the skin naturally. If you want, you can consume these vegetables as salads, soups, etc.

4. Avocado 

Avocado is considered very beneficial for skin. It is rich in vitamin E and healthy fats. It helps to improve the complexion of the skin. It makes the skin healthy by removing problems like wrinkles, acne from the face. You can eat it as a salad or sandwich.
