‘What Was The Need Of Doing Such A Thing?’ Shilpa Shetty Shouted At Raj Kundra During Raid At Their Home In Pornography Case

Shilpa Shetty added that following Raj Kundra's arrest "her family's reputation was ruined, their endorsements in the industry were being cancelled & she had to give up many projects."

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty shouted at her husband Raj Kundra and cried her eyes out multiple times when he was brought to their home by the police during raid. "We have everything, what was the need to do all this," the actress shouted at Raj Kundra as he arrived at their home on Friday evening with the Mumbai Police for a search, according to the sources.

The Crime Branch recently conducted a raid at Shilpa & Raj’s home following which the Hungama 2 actress broke down in tears after she was also questioned in the case. She reportedly had a huge argument with Raj so much that Police team had to intervene between the couple to pacify the actress," the Mumbai Police sources told ANI.

The police also took a statement from Shilpa Shetty as they searched the bungalow in which the couple lives with their two children.Shilpa added that " her family's reputation was ruined, their endorsements in the industry were being cancelled and that she had to give up many projects". She also talked about financial losses to the police, according to the sources.

The police say so far, they have not found any evidence that Shilpa Shetty had any involvement in the case. Sources say it has not been established whether she was aware of her husband's alleged porn films operation.

Raj Kundra who has been accused of creating and publishing pornographic content has been sent to 14 days judicial custody till August 10 along with his partner Ryan Thorpe, his lawyer Abad Ponda said on Tuesday. Kundra,was produced before a Mumbai court which declined the prosecution plea for extending his police custody by another seven days.
