Mumbai: Manoj Bajpayee’s popular web series ‘The Family Man’ dropped its second season on June 4, 2021. As soon as the show released on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, fans started praising the web series for its amazing cast and storyline.

While Manoj Bajpayee reprised his role as the protagonist Srikant Tiwari, this season witnessed South Indian actress Samantha Akkineni in a never-seen-before avatar. She portrayed the role of the antagonist in the show and garnered appreciation from both the critics and the audience for her powerful performance in ‘The Family Man 2’.

Samantha can be seen performing lots of stunts in the web series. She recently shared videos of her doing the stunts all by herself and how she prepared herself for this challenging role.

The actress shared videos on her Instagram and wrote, “A special special thankyouuuu to my person @yannickben for training me to do all of my own stunts (yes all of them ).. for pushing me to give it my all even when every part of my body ached (thanks for the pain killers by the way ) ..I have a solid fear of heights but I jumped off that building only because I knew you had my back .. lots and lots of love @yannickben #familymanseason2”.

Meanwhile, other than Manoj Bajpayee and Samantha, ‘The Family Man 2’ also features Sharib Hashmi, Seema Biswas, Darshan Kumar, Sharad Kelkar, Sunny Hinduja, Shreya Dhanwantary, Shahab Ali, Vedant Sinha and Mahek Thakur in important roles.
