Citadel Teaser: Priyanka Chopra And Richard Madden Feature In Action-Spy Thriller
The teaser of Citadel is out and shows Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden as elite spies performing high octane action sequences.
New Delhi: Priyanka Chopra on Monday shared first-look images of her highly anticipated action-spy thriller Citadel. Fans, who were elated to see PeeCee’s action avatar in the pictures, were up for another surprise. In one of the photos that Priyanka shared on social media, a QR code was hidden, which unlocked the teaser of Citadel.
In the image in which Richard Madden’s character is looking at Priyanka’s photo and details, there is a hidden QR code that takes you to the teaser of the series.
The series, produced by the Russo Brothers’ AGBO and showrunner David Weil, also stars Richard Madden with Stanley Tucci and Lesley Manville.

The teaser starts with Stanley saying, "Everything you know is a lie. What you were was a myth. What you were was Citadel." It is followed by a few action sequences from the series also featuring Priyanka and Richard among others.
The series will premiere on Prime Video on April 28, with two adrenaline-fueled episodes, followed by a new episode released weekly every Friday through May 26.
Richard Madden stars as Mason Kane, alongside Priyanka Chopra Jonas as Nadia Sinh, Stanley Tucci as Bernard Orlick, Lesley Manville as Dahlia Archer, Osy Ikhile as Carter Spence, Ashleigh Cummings as Abby Conroy, Roland Møller as Anders Silje and Davik Silje, Caoilinn Springall as Hendrix Conroy, and more.
About Citadel storyline
Citadel, an independent global spy agency—tasked to uphold the safety and security of all people—was destroyed by the operatives of Manticore, a powerful syndicate manipulating the world from the shadows. With Citadel’s fall, elite agents Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) had their memories wiped as they narrowly escaped with their lives. They’ve remained hidden ever since, building new lives under new identities, unaware of their pasts. Until one night, when Mason is tracked down by his former Citadel colleague, Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci), who desperately needs his help to prevent Manticore from establishing a new world order. Citadel is a multi-series franchise with local productions being made in Italy, India and Mexico. The Indian series is developed by 'The Family Man' fame director-duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK and stars Varun Dhawan and Samantha Prabhu.
