“We have waited for 4 years for King Khan to come back. We can wait a little longer, now that we know he has finally arrived,” said a moviegoer standing ahead of the first day, the first show at 6 am.

Ahead of the screening, when asked about their expectations from the movie, a fan said it to be a “blockbuster hit” and that “if we had to travel and come for a 12:00 am show we would have happily come.”

Post the movie, fans and the general audience were impressed by Shah Rukh Khan and his performance.

“The movie is really good. I am not an SRK fan but I liked the show. I am here with my full family and child and they also thoroughly liked the action sequences,” a viewer told ABP Live after watching 'Pathaan'.

“Why out of 5? I will give it 10 stars! Exceptional movie, we all liked it,” said the viewer when asked about how much they would rate the movie out of five.

A single song track instead of multiple seemed to have resonated with audiences who were ready to oversee the “predictable” story of Shah Rukh Khan’s performance.

"The best part was there was only 1 song in the movie. The story was a bit predictable but really great to see Shah Rukh Khan in the action sequences after a long long time," a viewer said after watching the Bollywood flick.

Meanwhile, a Twitter user summed it up for the women fandom of SRK after the Pathaan screening.
