Disha Vakani's husband Mayur Padiya revealed the truth behind her comeback in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.

New Delhi: Sony SAB’s ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has managed to win the hearts of the viewers with its comic episodes. The popular sitcom has successfully completed over 11 years. Ardent fans of ‘TMKOC’ are eagerly waiting for Dayaben aka Disha Vakani’s return to the show. The beautiful actress is on a maternity leave for the past two years. The producer of the show had earlier said that Disha would make her comeback to the show soon. A report in a leading daily has suggested that Disha recently shot for the ongoing Navratri track in ‘Taarak Mehta’. Her husband, while talking to the daily, revealed the truth behind Disha’s return to the show. Mayur said that although Disha shot for an episode, their talks with production house are still not resolved and hence she will not return to the show. “She has shot for a portion of the episode, but our talks with the makers still remain unresolved. So, she will not return to the show for good. We are hoping that we reach an amicable solution,” Mayur Told Bombay Times.

Asit Modi, producer of ‘TMKOC’, also said that talks are going one between the two parties. ‘’Disha has finally shot for a small segment, and hopefully, she will resume shooting for the show full-time. However, I must confess that talks are still on between us, and we hope to reach a solution soon. We have been in talks with Disha for months now. Like I said before, nobody is bigger than the show,” Modi told the daily. Disha shot for a sequence on Sunday in which Dayabenat responded to a phone call about her return to Gokuldham society during Navratri.
