Surbhi Chandna's 'Sanjivani 2' To Get NEW Time Slot, Will Be REPLACED By THIS Show
Surbhi Chandna starrer Sanjivani 2 will be replaced by another show at 7:30pm slot.
New Delhi: Star Plus launched ‘Sanjivani 2’ with several expectations in August 2019. The medical drama starring Surbhi Chandna and Namit Khanna couldn’t set the TRP charts on fire despite its star-studded cast and impressive storyline. Speculations were rife that the show will go off air soon. As per the latest buzz, the channel has finally taken the decision.
According to a report in an entertainment portal, ‘Sanjivani 2’ will not go off air but instead will be shifted to a new time slot. Yes, you heard that right.
The show will now air at 6:30pm slot from January 25th on Star Plus, the report said.
“We finished our prior 6 months contract term on the 25th, and now it’s extended to a new slot at 6:30,” the show’s producer Siddharth P Malhotra told IWMBuzz.
Interestingly, ‘Sanjivani 2’ will be replaced by ‘Dadi Amma Dadi Jaag Jao’, which stars Sheen Dass and Anagha Bhosle in lead roles. The promo of the upcoming show is currently on air. It will beam from January 27 at 7:30pm slot.
Star Plus recently shifted ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ to the 7pm slot from it earlier slot of 6:30pm. Talking about ‘Sanjivani 2’, the report further said that the show is still under scanner and might face the axe once the channel finalises another show for the slot.
