Mumbai: Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty, who remained in headlines post Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, has refuted the rumours about her participation in Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 15’. Speculations were rife that Rhea would get locked inside the ‘BB 15’ house. It was rumoured that the makers have offered her a hefty actress for participating in the controversial reality show.
Rhea Chakraborty Refutes 'Bigg Boss 15' Rumours
The ‘Jalebi’ actress took to social media to squash the rumours, which suggested that she would participate in ‘Bigg Boss 15’. She clarified that she has not given her nod to the reality show.

“I believe there are some rumours about me being a part of the TV show Bigg Boss. This is just to clarify that there is no truth to these rumours. I’m not a part of Bigg Boss. Love and light. RC,” Rhea wrote on her Instagram story.
Rhea Chakraborty Shares Post Ahead Of 'Bigg Boss 15 Premiere
The 'Mere Dad Ki Maruti' actress posted a note on social media, few minutes before the grand premiere of 'Bigg Boss 15'. The reality show will telecast on Colors channel at 9:30pm on weekends and 10:30pm on weekdays.
Several TV celebs including Karan Kundrra, Tejasswi Prakash, Simba Nagpal and Donal Bisht are participating in the new season of 'Bigg Boss 15'.
When Rhea Grabbed Eyeballs In 2020
Rhea Chakraborty made it to the news headlines after Sushant Singh Rajput’s father lodged a complaint against the actress, her parents and others under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. The Narcotics Control Bureau, which is investigating the drugs angle in SSR’s death case, had arrested Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty under sections of the NDPS Act for allegedly procuring and financing drugs for the late actor.
The Bombay High Court had granted bail to Rhea on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh in connection with a drugs case linked to Sushant’s death. She walked out of Mumbai’s Byculla jail after spending close to one month behind the bars.
On the professional front, Rhea was recently seen in Anand Pandit’s ‘Chehre’. The suspense thriller co-starring Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi and Krystle D’Souza released on August 27, 2021.
