Sony TV has already launched the new season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati, which started airing from Monday (September 28). The quiz based show enjoys a significant fan following and it now expected to give other daily soaps a run for their money. The first episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 12’ created a lot of buzz on social media as Amitabh Bachchan asked one of the contestants a question based on Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film ‘Dil Bechara’. During the course of the game, Big B asked a contestant named Aarti Jagtap about the leading lady of ‘Dil Bechara’, who made her debut with the film. The title track of ‘Dil Bechara’ was played in the background and Aarti answered it correctly. The right answer was Sanjana Sanghi, who was seen playing the role of Kizie opposite Sushant. Aarti took home a cash prize of Rs 6.40 lakh after she decided to quit the game. The makers of the show are taking all necessary precautions to safeguard the contestants, host and crew. Amitabh Bachchan was seen observing social distancing on the sets and he even advised the viewers to follow the important protocols to keep COVID-19 at bay.

Talking about ‘Dil Bechara’, the film is the Hindi adaptation of John Green’s novel ‘The Fault in our Stars’. The movie, directed by Mukesh Chhabra, premiered directly on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24, 2020. The romantic drama received a mindblowing response from the audience, who got emotional after watching Sushant Singh Rajput in his last film. Sushant was found dead at his apartment on June 14.
