It was said that the handsome actor is leaving ‘Kasautii 2’ as he wants to focus on his health and upcoming projects. Gossip mills were buzzing with the rumours that Parth, who plays the role of Anurag Basu in ‘KZK 2’, has put down his papers. A report in a leading daily even suggested that the makers might pull the plug on ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ if they don’t find Parth’s ‘worthy replacement’. They had reportedly approached several known names like Harshad Chopda, Barun Sobti, Vijayendra Kumerai to play the new Anurag Basu. We have some good news for all the fans of Parth Samthaan. The ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan’ actor is not leaving ‘Kasautii 2’. Yes, you read that right! According to Saas Bahu Au Saazish, Parth will continue to entertain the viewers as Anurag Basu. He is not saying goodbye to the show, contrary to the rumours floating on the internet. Parth Samthaan returned to the sets of 'Kasautii 2' after recovering from COVID-19 earlier this month. He recently shared a post on social media to thank his fans for the love and support. “Hey there ..hope everyone's good and healthy! I know I have been away from Social media for sometime now ...but I do intend to come back the soonest ...thankyou for your support and love. Stay Blessed. #crazyme will be back soon,” the caption for the post read. 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2' also stars Erica Fernandes and Karan Patel in the respective roles of Prerna and Mr. Bajaj. Speculations were rife that Erica will also quit the show. However, the 'Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi' actress squashed the rumours and said that she is not leaving the romantic saga, which airs on Star Plus. Watch this space for more updates!
