New Delhi: Popular TV actor Mohit Raina made a rocking Bollywood debut with ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’. The Aditya Dhar directorial has set the box office on fire and it recently became the tenth highest grossing Hindi film ever. Mohit, who is fondly known for his role of Lord Shiva in ‘Devon Ke Dev-Mahadev’, played the role of Major Karan Kashyap in the military drama. The handsome actor will now be seen in the upcoming web series ‘Kaafir’ on ZEE5. The series will be helmed by Siddharth Malhotra under his banner Alchemy Films Pvt Ltd. The story will be written by Bhavani Iyer while Sonam Nair will direct the web series. According to a report in an entertainment portal, Mohit will be paired opposite a Bollywood actress in ‘Kaafir’. Dia Mirza will play the female lead in the show and star opposite Mohit, the report in IWMBuzz said. The tweet of ZEE5's official handle also confirmed that Dia is part of the series. The beautiful actress shared pictures from the Himalayas along with the caption, ''Here to start something really special... Will tell you what it is soon!
