New Delhi: Popular TV actress Dipika Kakar is all set to return to the fiction genre with Sandiip Sikcand’s upcoming show on Star Plus. After playing the role of a docile and caring bahu in ‘Sasural Simar Ka’, the actress will play a different character in the show co-starring Karan V Grover. We had earlier informed you that the show might be called ‘Do Dil Mil Rahe Hain’. Abhishek Malik JOINS the star cast of Dipika Kakar & Karan V Grover's show As per the latest buzz, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actress Divyanka Tripathi will play a cameo in the upcoming show. Yes, you heard that right. Producer Sandiip Sikcand shared a photo with Divyanka and Dipika along with the caption, ‘’ A very very special day and shoot today... A report in an entertainment portal has suggested that Divyanka will have a never before seen look in the show. The producer Sandiip considers the ‘Nach Baliye 8’ winner as his lucky mascot and hence she will make a cameo appearance in the show. "Sandiip considers Divyanka as his lucky mascot as the two go back a long way. Besides Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's success has of course been evident over the years. Hence, Sandiip wanted to bring on board his lucky charm and so Divyanka will be making a special appearance on the show! In fact, Divyanka will be coming on to the show in a never before seen role and look. Her appearance will be something totally unique and truly a highlight," a source told Pinkvilla. (Source- web) Interestingly, speculations were rife that Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya was the first choice for the show. Considering she is currently busy with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ and her digital show ‘Cold Lassi Aur Chicken Masala’, she couldn’t take up the show. Gossip mills were buzzing with the rumours that Bigg Boss 12 contestant Romil Chaudhary would play Dipika’s lover in the show. The makers are yet to confirm the news floating on the internet.
