'Bigg Boss 13' contestant Rashami Desai's mother Rasila Desai feels that Asim Riaz should have stood by her side when Himanshi Khurana discussed about 'Uttaran' actress' relationship with Arhaan Khan.

New Delhi: Colors TV's popular reality show 'Bigg Boss 13' witnessed the entry of family members, close-friends of remaining contestants last week. Evicted 'BB 13' contestant Himanshi Khurana re-entered as Asim Riaz's connection and her statements made headlines outside. While conversing with Asim & Vishal Aditya Singh, Himanshi revealed how Rashami Desai's boyfriend Arhaan Khan isn't happy with her behaviour & friendship with Sidharth Shukla. Irked with Arhaan's actions, Rashami announced her breakup with him and declared that she's single during recently-held press conference. Sharing her thoughts on the same, Rashami's mother told a leading faily that, "Whatever Himanshi said and the way she said, I didn't like it. I am hurt. Asim had to support his girlfriend as well. He didn't have any option. But I still feel he should have supported Rashami. But anyways I am glad they are friends."

For the uninitiated, Himanshi revealed that Arhaan cried in front of her for getting insulted on national TV because of Rashami. During 'Weekend Ka Vaar' episode, host Salman Khan showed Himanshi, Asim & Vishal's clip to other 'BB 13' housemates. Post which, Rashami gets upset about Arhaan talking to Himanshi about their relationship and slammed him. Rashami's mother has also thanked Salman for supporting her daughter during the tough phase. She further told TOI that, "There were times when I wanted to be in the house to support my daughter. But I am happy that Salman sir stood by her side and guided her throughout. He guided her properly and I thank him with all my heart."
