New Delhi: Asim Riaz, who became a household name post his stint in Colors TV’s ‘Bigg Boss 13’, turned a year older on Monday (July 13). Although, the Jammu lad couldn’t win Salman Khan’s show, he managed to earn a significant fan following. Asim’s fans trended the hashtag #HBDAsimRiaz to surprise him on his birthday. Varun Dhawan, who worked with Asim in ‘Main Tera Hero’, shared a sweet wish for the birthday boy on his Instagram story. He wrote, “Happy Birthday @asimriaz77.official waiting for some tunes now.” The ‘October’ actor asked the ‘BB 13’ first runner-up to release some of his own tunes. On the professional front, Varun Dhawan will be next seen in ‘Coolie No. 1’. The comedy drama was slated to hit the silver screens in May 2020; however, it got delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis. Rashami Desai also wished her good friend and ‘Bigg Boss 13’ co-contestant Asim on Twitter. She shared a picture from the show and wrote, "Dost Mera.
