The two small screen actresses are going to be mommies soon and while one of them, Navina Bole, expects her first child, Chhavi Hussein on the other hand, is set to welcome her second baby. I get insane amount of messages where pregnant women use the word "scared" to express their feelings about the birthing process. May I please say that the only thing you can do as a pregnant mother is to spread positivity. Everything else, nature does. So why not replace this negative word with, joy, pleasure, looking forward, happiness, and being strong and ready? An extremely effective technique in handling reservations and fear is affirmations. I'm sharing a link to download affirmations (in the stories) that you can listen to everyday, multiple times if you wish to... And I'm sure it'll go a long way in having a more positive, fearless bent of mind. And please remember.. birthing a baby is something that is the most natural thing for a woman's body. Respect your body for that, love your body for that, and be kind to your body by not conditioning your mind with these preconceived notions about pain and discomfort during birthing. It is not true. Your birthing experience will only be as calm as your mind. So take things in your control like I have, like millions of women across the globe have, like the woman working in the fields has, like your mother and granny and their mother and granny did. No, no signs of the hospital yet.. still standing on my own 2 feet.. still working more than ever to achieve my deadlines! I wanted to move into my new house before the LO arrives and really happy that I was successfully able to achieve that goal thanks to my superman husband @mohithussein who has run from pillar to post in achieving this. Apart from this there's also the schedules for SIT's YouTube and Facebook and Instagram that have to be finalised. And with us not being able to go to office due to the whole shifting and last minute finishing going on in the house and the preparations for the baby to arrive, (& me walking at a snail's pace ????), it's really difficult to co-ordinate at office. Add to that terrible network, and you have both your hands and your feet full! But, thankfully, I was able to achieve all these deadlines last night by 2am. Phew.... So, for all of you who feel I've gone to the hospital and hence no posts, sorry to disappoint you! But I promise to drop in a quick word when labour knocks at my door! Navina Bole is popularly known as 'Tia' of recent Star Plus popular show 'Ishqbaaaz' that starred Nakuul Mehta and Surbhi Chandna in lead roles. 'If labour doesn't happen today, might have to artificially induce it'- writes Chhavi Mittal, also shares HEARTFELT note on Mother's Day Navina has been married to husband Karran Jeet since January 2017 and this would be their first baby. Chhavi on the other hand has been married to Mohit Hussein for 14 years and the couple who tied the knot on April 29, 2005 is already parents to a daughter they named Areeza and who is 6 years old.
