Shehnaaz Gill Refutes Palak Tiwari’s Statement About Salman Khan’s 'Girls Should Be Covered' Rule
During ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ promotions, Shehnaaz Gill told the reporters that Salman Khan never stops encouraging her.
New Delhi: Former Bigg Boss 13 contestant Shehnaaz Gill is presently making headlines for her Bollywood debut in Salman Khan’s film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. During recent media interviews, Shehnaaz dismissed Palak Tiwari's claim that Salman Khan forbids women from wearing low-cut clothing on his film sets. She also shared details of her time spent with Salman during the filming. Shehnaaz Gill told the reporters in Mumbai that Salman Khan never stops encouraging her and that she has donned very sexy attire during the promotions.
Shehnaaz denied Palak’s comment claiming, “Nothing like that, I wore a very sexy dress during the promotion. Salman sir keeps motivating me and saying that you will grow in your career,” the actor said during a media interaction.
She continued, “He is the same in reality as he is seen on the stage of ‘Bigg Boss’. I can’t see any difference in him. He gives good advice to others and motivates them. He corrected me and asked me to concentrate on my work. I am doing the same and learning Hindi.”
She went on to say, “Salman used to have a lot of fun with us. From lunch to dinner, we enjoyed having food there."
Shehnaaz also discussed the differences between the Hindi and Punjabi cinema industries, since she had previously worked in the former. The actor said, “These are big-budget films. In fact, most Bollywood films are made with huge budgets and that can be seen on sets — they are so big. I just hope the Punjabi industry also grows in the same way and similarly, big-budget films are made.”
Directed by Farhad Samji, 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' also stars Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Ragahv Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Vijender Singh, Jassie Gill, Venkatesh Daggubati among others. The film is slated to be released on April 21, 2023, coinciding with Eid.
