Shah Rukh Khan Plans To Watch Alia Bhatt's ‘Darlings’ To Pamper Himself On His Day Off

Shah Rukh Khan plans to spend his day off relaxing with a refreshing drink and watching ‘Darlings’, the newest film starring Alia Bhatt.

New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan hasn't been on the big screen in a while, but he's got some exciting new projects in the works. Recently, the actor returned to Mumbai from London, where he was filming Dunki. SRK is taking the day off to relax and recharge his batteries.

Shah Rukh Khan plans to spend his day off relaxing with a refreshing drink and watching ‘Darlings’, the newest film starring Alia Bhatt.

King Khan, who has always been supportive of Alia, came to social media after the film's release to express that he would be spending his day off viewing the film. 

The actor detailed his plans to indulge in some self-care on his Twitter account and wrote, “Been working the last few days non stop….so needed to  indulge in my favourite past time….’the love of my own person’ & to pamper myself, will spend the day with Prabhuji / Thums up and #DARLINGS (this is not an endorsement, just ‘mees spoilingss mees on a days offs pleaj….’)”

Darlings, which is Alia Bhatt's debut producing endeavour, was launched on Netflix yesterday, and the actress has been garnering appreciation from fans as well as reviewers for her work in the film. 

Alongside Alia, the film also features Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, and Roshan Mathew in significant parts. It was co-produced by Alia's Eternal Sunshine Productions with Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. 

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan was last appeared in ‘Zero’, starring Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. Three blockbuster films are coming back to the big screen after his four-year absence: Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki.
