Shah Rukh Khan Grooves To 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' At KKR Match, Suhana And Shanaya Kapoor Also Spotted

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan arrived at the Eden Gardens stadium in Kolkata to watch his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders, play on Thursday.

New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan arrived at the Eden Gardens stadium in Kolkata to watch his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders, play on Thursday. KKR played against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the ninth game of the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL). Following the KKR win in yesterday's match, Shah Rukh grooved to the beats of 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' from his most recent movie, 'Pathaan', as seen in numerous images and videos of him from the stadium that have surfaced online.

Shah Rukh is seen thanking a sizable sea of admirers at the stadium in a video. He donned all-black clothing, including a black sweatshirt and jogging bottoms. He amped up his look with a cool pair of black sunglasses.

For a brief moment, the actor spontaneously began to dance to the song 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan'. He nailed the viral dance song's hook step. In the end, he waved at his followers who had been watching on their phones. The actor also blew kisses at them.

In addition to the music playing in the stadium, the videos also include audible cheers from the crowd. He was accompanied by Shanaya Kapoor, a close friend of the actor's daughter Suhana Khan and daughter of Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor.

The Kolkata Knight Riders team is co-owned by Shah Rukh Khan along with his close friend and actress Juhi Chawla. 

The match began with Royal Challengers Bangalore winning the toss. They opted to field first. The KKR skipper Nitish Rana said at the toss, "Was looking to bowl as well because of the dew factor. Anukul is replaced by Suyash." KKR is coming to the match at Eden Gardens after a seven-run loss to Punjab Kings in their opening match.

Earlier Preity Zinta who is in India for the IPL, had celebrated the win with a tweet. She tweeted, “What a thrilling game & an amazing victory last night in Guwahati. Loved that it was a team effort & our young guns are firing, confident & smiling. So PROUD of you Prabh Great captaincy from Shikhar It’s good to start this IPl with 2 back to back wins. Upward & onwards from here.”
