Salman Khan Firing Case: Two Accused Arrested For Firing Outside Actor’s Mumbai Residence
The Mumbai Crime Branch arrested two accused for allegedly firing outside Salman Khan's residence on April 14 in Bandra.
New Delhi: Two accused have been arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch for allegedly firing outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan's residence on April 14. The two alleged shooters were caught late on Monday night in Bhuj, Gujarat.
As reported by the news agency ANI, the officials said, "Both the accused, who fled Mumbai after the firing, have been arrested from Gujarat's Bhuj." The two people who have been arrested will be taken to Mumbai for further investigation, according to the police.
Salman Khan firing case suspects arrested
The suspects were identified as Vicky Sahab Gupta, 24, and Sagar Shrijogendra Pal, 21, both from Masihi in the West Champaran district of Bihar.

Salman Khan house firing incident
Two men opened fire outside Salman’s home, Galaxy Apartments, early on Sunday morning and then left the spot. The accused were carrying bags and wore helmets, as seen in the CCTV footage. In the clip, they were also seen firing towards the actor's house.
Both of them are members of the infamous Lawrence Bishnoi gang, according to police sources. Due to his involvement in multiple high-profile murder cases, including those of Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi and Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, Bishnoi is currently in Tihar Jail.
According to officials, the bike belonged to a man who lived in the Panvel area of Navi Mumbai. It was found abandoned near the Mount Mary Church, just over a kilometer away from the actor's residence.
After the shooting incident outside Salman Khan's house, Anmol Bishnoi took responsibility for the gunfire through a social media post, issuing a warning message to the Bollywood star. Bishnoi described the incident as a "trailer," as reported by PTI.

Meanwhile, the Khan family has been "taken aback by this shocking incident," as per the statement posted by Salman Khan's brother Arbaaz Khan on social media.
He took to Instagram and wrote, "The recent firing by two unindentified person on a motorcycle at Galaxy apartment the residence of the Salim Khan family is very distrurbing and unnerving. Our family has been taken aback by this shocking incident that took place. Unfortunately some people claiming to be close to our family and pretending to be the spokesperson have been making loose statements to the media saying it's all a publicity stunt and the family remains unaffected which is not true and these views should not be taken seriously."
"No member of the Salim Khan family has made any statement regarding this incident to the media. At this time the family is helping and cooperating with the police in the investigation of this untoward incident. We have faith in the Mumbai Police and we have been assured they will do everything in their capacity to protect and secure our family. Thank you everyone for your love and support," Arbaaz added.
