Anti Pornography Law under the IT Act

Punishment under IT Act and IPC
In such cases, there is a provision for punishment under Section 67 (A) of the IT (Amendment) Act 2008 and Section 292, 293, 294, 500, 506, and 509 of the IPC. Depending on the gravity of the offense, the punishment may extend to 5 years in jail or a fine of up to Rs 10 lakh. However, if a person commits such a crime again, he can be punished with imprisonment of up to 7 years. If the charges against Raj Kundra are proved, then he would be penalized.
