Punjabi Singer Alfaaz Singh Hospitalised After Being Attacked, Honey Singh Shares Update

New Delhi: Punjabi singer Alfaaz Singh suffered injuries after being attacked on Saturday. The 'Haye Mera Dil' fame singer is being treated at a private hospital in Mohali. On Sunday, singer and rapper YoYo Honey Singh shared on his Instagram that Alfaaz is now out of danger but he continues to be in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital.

In this case, the police has taken the attacker Vicky into custody. The accused Vicky has been apprehended from Panchkula, Haryana. According to the information, there was a ruckus for a minor matter and a person named Vicky assaulted a Punjabi singer. Singer Alfaz, who was injured after the attack, is said to be in critical condition.

Mohali Police has lodged a FIR against the accused Vicky under Sections 279 (rash driving), 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) and 338 (causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code at the Sohana police Station.

Honey Singh, while sharing Alfaaz's health update on Instagram, requested everyone to pray for Alfaaz's speedy recovery. The Instagram post that he shared read as, "Just came to see Alfaaz at the hospital. He is still serious and in ICU. Pls pray for him."

Sharing the post, Honey Singh wrote, "Please pray for my brother."

As soon as Honey Singh shared the post, other Punjabi singers extended their heartfelt wishes for Alfaaz's recovery and health. While singer Jazzy B wrote, "Waheguru ji 🙏🏽", singer Girik Aman commented, "God bless our brother @itsaslialfaaz He is a tiger. He is blessed with long and health life"
