New Delhi: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to woo the audience with their romance in Ayan Mukherji's 'Brahmastra'. The couple has been dating for quite some time and their fans are excited to see them in a movie together. Mouni Roy, Dimple Kapadia, and Nagarjuna Akkineni also play important parts in the film. 

The film was originally titled 'Dragon,' but according to Ayan Mukerji, the filmmakers changed the title to Brahmastra since it was a more fitting option.

The makers of Brahmastra have been working on the film for quite some time. It is stalled owing to a variety of issues, and the delay is exacerbated by the Covid danger. The fact that it is finally coming to the big screen is a major relief for both artists and spectators.

Alia is also holding Ranbir’s hand in the picture. Fans are overjoyed that they can finally see the two of them in the film. For the unversed, Brahmastra marks the comeback of producer Karan Johar's combo of Ayan and Ranbir following the success of Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

In the meantime, Alia Bhatt is promoting Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi. While Gangubai Kathiawadi will be released on February 25, Brahmastra will be released later this year. Ranbir on the other hand will next be seen in a love drama alongside Shraddha Kapoor.
