Akshay Kumar And Sajid Nadiadwala Brought Paresh Rawal Back To Hera Pheri 3, Says Firoz Nadiadwala

According to ‘Hera Pheri 3’ producer Firoz Nadiadwala, Akshay Kumar played a significant role in resolving the issues between Paresh Rawal and the film's team.

New Delhi: After a rollercoaster ride of rumours, legal spats and unexpected exits, 'Hera Pheri 3' finally has some good news in store for fans. Actor Paresh Rawal, who had previously stepped away from the much-awaited sequel, has officially confirmed his return to the franchise alongside co-stars Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty. The reunion of the iconic trio has put the movie back on track, and this time, with all major issues resolved.

The controversy around Paresh Rawal’s exit had sparked major speculation, with reports of a fallout between the actor and the film’s production team. However, producer Firoz Nadiadwala recently shed light on how the situation was resolved. Speaking to Pinkvilla, he revealed that the reconciliation was made possible through the “love, respect, and kind guidance” of Sajid Nadiadwala and filmmaker Ahmed Khan.

“My brother, Sajid, put in a lot of personal time and efforts, over several days to resolve the matter. Ahmed too put in a lot of personal efforts,” Firoz shared. “So it is with the love and guidance of Sajid and Ahmed, that everything is now productive and positive.”

Notably, Firoz also credited Akshay Kumar for playing a crucial role in reuniting the team. “We also have Akshay ji’s support. We both have shared a very good bond since 1996. He was very kind, loving, and affectionate in the entire process of sorting the issues,” he added.

With the band now back together, including Rawal reprising his beloved role as Baburao Ganpatrao Apte, Firoz assured fans that Hera Pheri 3 will be “another classic entertainer” in the franchise. The film, which has been a cultural mainstay in Indian comedy since its first release, promises more laughter, more chaos and the timeless chemistry of Raju, Baburao, and Shyam.

As fans wait eagerly for this comedy riot to hit screens, filming for Nadiadwala’s other project, 'Welcome to the Jungle', continues in full swing.
