Soon after the video was shared on Reddit by an account, Redditors flooded the comments section with their views about the interview. A user wrote, "Oh my god sonakshi can barely control herself. Itna flat delivery - what was slb thinking casting this talentless person."
Another wrote, "i just know they have a group chat without her in it 💀",a comment read, "Arrey mu se gutka nikal k baat kar."
"I think it's physically impossible for her to move her face!!!!," another user said.
A well wisher for Sharmin wrote, "Since everyone’s PR lurks here- constructive criticism for her- please work on your dialogue delivery and your expressions for your next role. It’s okay, everyone starts slow but to keep up with the fab lot of new underrated actors, you will have to work extremely hard on yourself. I think the audience has reached a stage where looks just have eye candy value. Lovers of cinema have now started looking for some great acting more than physical attributes (which will soon become almost redundant). So work really hard if you want to do well here my friend. Bollywood is a big bad world."
Another video clip from the same interview was shared on Instagram by a user where Sharmin is seen taling about her acting chops. In the comments section of the video, several Instagram users trolled Segal again.
