The Archies Premiere: Jaya Bachchan Tells Photographers 'Don't Shout', The Bachchan-Nanda Clan Pose Together
Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, is making his film debut in Zoya Akhtar's The Archies.
New Delhi: Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, is making his film debut in Zoya Akhtar's The Archies. The entire Bachchan and Nanda family gathered to support Agastya at the movie's premiere in Mumbai on Tuesday. Jaya Bachchan became agitated when the photographers urged her to strike a pose. She warned, "Don't shout," but then started striking a pose with the family.
On Agastya's special day, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aaradhya Bachchan, Shweta Nanda, Navya Naveli Nanda, and other Bachchan-Nanda family members came together as a family and posed for pictures. Agastya was accompanied in separate poses by Abhishek, Aishwarya, and Aaradhya.

Suhana Khan and Khushi Kapoor make their debuts in The Archies in addition to Agastya. Janhvi Kapoor was present to support sister Khushi, while Shah Rukh and the whole Khan family were there to cheer for Suhana.

Agastya is portraying Archie Andrews in his feature film debut, The Archies. Agastya noted in a previous interview with Bollywood Hungama that Zoya was very understanding of the newcomers and shared, "I had to learn how to play the guitar. I had to learn how to sing. Learning to sing and how to play the guitar was a great learning experience.”
