The Supreme Court kept the verdict on Rhea Chakraborty's transfer plea reserved and asked the parties to submit written notes by Thursday.

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday (August 11) reserved its verdict in Rhea Chakraborty’s plea for transfer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death probe from Bihar to Mumbai. The apex court asked all the concerned parties to submit written notes of all precedent judgments by Thursday (August 13).  After hearing arguments from Sushant's father's counsel, Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer, counsel representing the Maharashtra and Bihar government, the top court asked them to submit brief written notes and reserved its judgement in the case. Through her lawyer in the Supreme Court, Rhea Chakrborty said that she was being 'victimised' after Sushant's demise. The 'Jalebi' actress' counsel Shyam Diwan argued that the FIR was filed against her client in Patna due to political influence.  Divan told the bench that the FIR lodged by Sushant's dad against Rhea Chakraborty has no connection with any offence in Patna.
