'Sky Is Not The Limit, You Will Go Beyond': Anupam Kher Hails 'Student' Deepika Padukone For Presenting Award At 95th Oscars
Anupam Kher thanked Deepika for taking an acting class at his acting school, Actor Prepares, after she had a successful modelling career.
New Delhi: Legendary actor Anupam Kher has expressed his admiration for his student and expressed his pride in her. The student in question is Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who will be one of the presenters at the upcoming 95th Academy Awards, which will take place on March 12.
The actor thanked Deepika for taking an acting class at his acting school, Actor Prepares, after she had a successful modelling career.
Sharing a throwback picture of Deepika from her early days at his institute, Anupam Kher wrote on his Instagram, "Dearest @deepikapadukone! Congratulations on being one of the presenters at this year's Oscar ceremony! Every time you climb one step higher on the ladder of success, we at @actorprepares feel proud to have been part of your journey."
He further mentioned in the note, "On a personal note as your teacher I always knew sky is not the limit. You will go beyond!! Love and blessings always! Congratulations for 'Pathan' too! Jai Ho!"

Deepika Padukone will join presenters Riz Ahmed, Emily Blunt, Glenn Close, Jennifer Connelly, Ariana DeBose, Samuel L. Jackson, Dwayne Johnson, Michael B. Jordan, Troy Kotsur, Jonathan Majors, Melissa McCarthy, Janelle Monae, Questlove, Zoe Saldana, and Donnie Yen at the Oscars in 2023.
Deepika Padukone is going places. The actress was one of the jury members at the Cannes Film Festival, last year. This year, she has added another feather to her achiever's hat as she becomes one of the presenters at Oscars 2023.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone had a blockbuster start to 2023 as her high octane action thriller film 'Pathaan' broke all records at the box-office, grossing over 1000 crores, globally.
She will next be seen in another action drama 'Fighter' opposite Hrithik Roshan. Deepika also has Prabhas starrer 'Project K' in her kitty. The film also stars Disha Patani and Amitabh Bachchan.
