Shahid Kapoor, Amrita Rao Debut Film Ishq Vishk To Get A Sequel With Different Cast, To Release On June 28

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor's debut film, 'Ishq Vishk', is making a comeback in another version. 'Ishq Vishk Rebound' features an impressive cast of promising actors, including Jibraan Khan, Pashmina Roshan, Rohit Saraf, and Naila Grewal.
To make the announcement, one of the main leads, Rohit Saraf, took to Instagram and shared a clip. "Ishq Vishk mein confusion ho sakta hai, lekin yeh Announcement ekdam clear hai," the caption read.
The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on June 28, 2024. The makers of the film announced the date for its release in a video that they posted on Friday. A voice-over says that all you need for a rom-com is love, friendship, drama, and a tonne of confusion in the 2D animated trailer. Sonu Nigam, a renowned singer, croons the title track after the voice-over.

The story of the 20-year-old film 'Ishq Vishk' focuses on two childhood friends, Rajiv (played by Shahid) and Payal (played by Amrita Rao). As the two friends get older, Payal eventually gets romantic feelings for Rajiv, even though he is unaware of them. Along with a supporting cast that includes Shenaz Treasurywala, Yash Tonk, Satish Shah, and Vishal Malhotra, the film stars debutantes Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao. The movie made about Rs 122.63 million on a Rs 50 million budget, according to Box Office India.
Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari is the director of 'Ishq Vishk Rebound', which is produced by Ramesh Taurani and Jaya Taurani. The movie will be released on June 28, 2024, in cinemas.
