Ranbir Kapoor Starrer 'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar' Trailer To Release In Theatres With SRK's 'Pathaan'

New Delhi: The trailer of the Ranbir Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor-starrer 'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar' will be released in theatres with Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan'.

The upcoming romantic comedy is directed by Luv Ranjan, who is known for his movies such as 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama' and 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety'.

In the poster of the film, Ranbir can be seen holding Shraddha in his arms. It is a rom-com and the grapevine has it that this trailer will be attached to Pathaan by YRF, who are distributing both films.

The makers of the film revealed the quirky title after creating much anticipation among the audience with several celebs playing a guessing game when the makers revealed only the initials of the title. 

The title video gives a peek into the effervescent mischievous world of the film with adorable glimpses of the ‘Jhoothi’ played by Shraddha and ‘Makkar’ played by Ranbir. Isn't it #CoupleGoals? On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is also occupied with his next film 'Animal'. The new father in town is also enjoying quality time with wife Alia Bhatt and daughter Raaha Kapoor. The makers of 'Animal' recently revealed Ranbir's first look from the film that shows him in a never seen before avatar, looking all bloodied and beefed up in the gangster drama.

'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar' is directed by Luv Ranjan, produced by Luv Films' Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, presented by T- Series' Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar. It is all set to release worldwide in cinemas on Holi 2023.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Pathaan' has already created ripples of exitement among the audience with its power-packed trailer that gives a glimpse of the high-octane action thriller. Shah Rukh Khan is all set to rage fire on the silver screen with his performance as an undercover Indian soldier while Deepika Padukone accompanies him in his mission against antagonist John Abraham.

Directed by Sidharth Anand, 'Pathaan' is all set to be a patriotic treat for the Indian audience, releasing worldwide on January 25 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
