More LEGAL TROUBLE for JOLLY LLB 2; Court SUMMONS Akshay Kumar

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film Jolly LLB 2 has got into more legal trouble. On Monday, Jaipur Court summoned Akshay Kumar for his role as Lawyer in the film Jolly LLB 2. Court asked actor to appear before the court on March 10. Petitioner stated in the petition that few scenes in the film portrayed bad image of the Lawyers. Apart from Akshay Kumar, Annu Kapoor and director of the film Subhash Kapoor have also been asked to appear in front of court on 10th of March. According to a report in HT, Counsel of the complainant said “In their film Jolly LLB 2, directed by Subhash Kapoor, advocates have been portrayed in a bad light. Junior advocates slapping senior lawyers have been shown in the trailer of the film, which is misleading and offensive to those in legal profession.” The order of the court also said that it is responsibility of Mumbai police commissioner to ensure the presence of Akshay Kumar, Annu Kapoor and Subhash Kapoor in the court on March 10. Jolly LL.B 2, which is a sequel of 2013 film Jolly LLB. It’s a comedy-drama directed by Subhash Kapoor. Besides Akshay Kumar, the film also features Huma Qureshi, Saurabh Shukla and Annu Kapoor in lead roles.
