Kareena Kapoor Opens Up On Shooting For Aamir Khan's 'Laal Singh Chaddha' During Second Pregnancy

Kareena Kapoor filmed important sequences of 'Laal Singh Chaddha' while she was pregnant with her second son.

Mumbai: Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ has been making waves ever since the project was announced. Movie buffs are quite excited to see Aamir and Kareena together for the third time on the silver screen. Bebo, who became a mother to a baby boy in February 2021, shot for ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ while she was pregnant with Jehangir Ali Khan. 

The cast and crew of the upcoming comedy drama filmed important sequences amid the COVID-19 crisis in India. Kareena had also joined the film’s team during the shoot in Delhi-NCR. 

The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress, while talking to NDTV, said that Aamir took care of her while she was shooting for their movie. She said that the ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ star arranged all security measures on the sets. 

Kareena On Commuting Daily From Pataudi To Delhi 

The ‘Jab We Met’ actress, during her conversation with the leading news channel, revealed that she travelled from Patuadi to Delhi to shoot for her sequences in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. Kapoor said that she had requested her husband Saif Ali Khan to join her as she wanted to make their son Taimur Ali Khan comfortable. She added that she had a comfortable shoot and the cast and crew mostly filmed during nights. 

Kareena On Staying In Touch With Her Gynecologist 

The ‘Good Newwz’ star said that she stayed in touch with her gynecologist while she was shooting for ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. The 40-year-old actress said that she would ask her gynecologist several questions.  

Bebo’s gynecologist suggested her to maintain proper sanitization, wear a mask and keep faith. She said that she followed whatever he said and it turned out to be a ‘brilliant shoot’. 

Kareena also joked about her son Jehangir Ali Khan being a part of her much-awaited film. "So, my son is practically in Laal Singh Chaddha. He is in the romantic song with Aamir and me," she told NDTV.  

The tinsel town diva has dropped a hint about the romantic number featuring her and Aamir. We are definitely looking forward to see the song. 

Kareena Kapoor's Upcoming Films

Kareena has recently announced that she is producing a thriller film, which is based on a real-life incident. She has joined hands with Hansal Mehta and Ekta Kapoor for the movie. 

Her highly-anticipated flick 'Laal Singh Chaddha' will arrive in the cinema halls in December 2021.
