Did Deepika Padukone undergo skin lightening treatment? Here's the answer

NEW DELHI: Stories of Bollywood actresses going under the knife to have sparkling fairer skin is not new to people. It has been a while now that rumours regarding Deepika Padukone's fairer complexion started floating. Grapevine were abuzz about 'Mastani' of Bollywood undergoing a treatment to obtain radiant glow. Recently at a television talk show with Rajeev Masand, DP refuted the rumour. When questioned about the most bizzare thing she has ever heard about herself, the pretty actress pointing at the fairer skin gossip said, "I heard a really bizarre one recently which was about...apparently I've done some surgery to look fair. Who does that guys?" Deepika made it clear at once that there is no truth in the news. The actress has started gaining a firm foothold in Hollywood with her debut  'xXx: The Return of Xander Cage'. She grabbed eyeballs by making her presence in many award ceremonies and talk shows. At present, Deepika is busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus 'Padmavati' opposite Shahid Kapoor. The movie also features her 'boyfriend' Ranveer Singh.
