Chehre: NOT Mouni Or Ankita, Krystle D’Souza To REPLACE Kriti Kharbanda In Amitabh Bachchan's Film?
Krsystle D'Souza is rumoured to make her Bollywood debut with Amitabh Bachchan's 'Chehre'.
New Delhi: Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi starrer ‘Chehre’ has been making waves ever since the project was announced. Kriti Kharbanda, who was playing one of the female leads in ‘Chehre’, has moved out of the film. Speculations were rife that Mouni Roy and Ankita Lokhande were in contention to step into the shoes of the ‘Pagalpanti’ actress.
Mouni and Ankita were even spotted at the residence of film’s producer Anand Pandit, which further fueled the rumours. As per the latest buzz, the makers of the upcoming suspense thriller have finalized another top TV actress for ‘Chehre’. We are talking about Krystle D’Souza.
According to a report in Times Of India, the ‘Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ actress will make her Bollywood debut with ‘Chehre’.
Interestingly, another report in an entertainment portal suggested that Mouni Roy was Anand Pandit and director Rumi Jaffery’s first choice. However, the ‘Naagin’ fame actress had to say as the makers wanted to shoot immediately and Mouni’s schedule was jam-packed.
"Mouni told them 'No' with a very heavy heart, but not before wishing them all the luck," a source told SpotboyE. Mouni and Big B are working together in Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra' co-starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
Talking about Krystle D’Souza, the actress shot to fame after playing the role of Jeevika in ‘Ek Hazaron Me Meri Behna Hai’ opposite Karan Tacker. She was recently seen in ALT Balaji’s ‘Fittrat’ Her last fiction show on TV was ‘Belan Wali Bahu’.
