Aryan Khan Bail Order: Bombay HC Asks SRK's Son To Surrender Passport, Appear Before NCB Every Friday
The Bombay High Court, which granted bail to Aryan Khan in an alleged rave party case, has set 14 conditions in his bail order.
Mumbai: In a major relief to Aryan Khan, the Bombay High Court on Thursday (October 28) granted bail to him in connection with drugs on cruise ship case. Aryan, who is the son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, was nabbed in a cruise rave party raided by the NCB on October 2.
The Bombay HC has released a detailed bail order, which will be sent to Mumbai’s Arthur Road Central Jail to process before Aryan steps out of the barred enclosures, as per IANS.
According to a report in ANI, Aryan Khan’s bail order states that the 23-year-old should present a PR bond of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties in like amount. The star kid should not try to establish contact with the co-accused and must surrender his passport before a Special Court immediately.
“Bail order of #AryanKhan states that he should present PR bond of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties in like amount. He should not indulge in any similar activities, not try to establish contact with co-accused and should surrender passport before Special Court immediately,” a tweet on ANI’s official handle read.
The bail order also states that Aryan should visit the NCB office every Friday between 11-2pm to mark his presence. He is also not allowed to leave India without seeking permission from the NDPS court.
The Bombay HC has also directed Aryan not to indulge in influencing the witnesses, make any public statements about the case or attempt to delay the trial in any manner.
SRK Meets Satish Maneshinde & His Legal Team After Aryan's Bail
Shah Rukh and his manager Pooja Dadlani met Satish Maneshinde and his legal team after the court granted bail to his elder son Aryan. SRK was seen smiling while posing with the lawyers. King Khan's photos with Maneshinde and other lawyers went viral on social media in no time.
“Aryan Khan has ultimately been released on bail by Bombay HC. No possession, no evidence, no consumption, no conspiracy, right from first moment when he was detained on Oct 2! Satya Meva Jayate,” Maneshinde’s team said in a statement as quoted as saying by ANI.
Aryan Khan was detained and later arrested following NCB's raid on a Goa-bound luxury ship. He was arrested along with Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, who has also received bail in connection with the drugs case.
