New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar took to social media to share a heartfelt post for his daughter Nitara, who turned a year older on Friday (September 25). Khiladi Kumar, who is currently busy shooting for ‘BellBottom’ in Scotland’, posted an adorable picture with his daughter on her eighth birthday. The father-daughter duo can be seen flashing their smiles in the snap. The shooting for all films, TV shows and web series was stalled due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The tinsel town made full use of their free time by spending it with their loved ones. Akshay Kumar also enjoyed quality time with his two children, Nitara and Aarav, during the lockdown. The ‘Rustom’ actor wished that the chance to spend time with his kids could last forever while sharing a post for his daughter. “As much as everyone would like to see the back of 2020, I wish this moment, this year, this chance to spend so much time with my kids would last forever, these opportunities are my Silver Lining to 2020. Happy 8th Birthday to my Princess, I love you more than I knew was possible,” Akshay wrote.

Twinkle Khanna shared a heartwarming post for the birthday girl on her Instagram handle. Mrs Funny Bones posted candid pictures of her daughter while sharing the post. "My little one turns 8! Along with all the strange and wonderful bits and bobs that seem to permeate her universe, the first copy of our children’s book-When I Grow Up I Want To Be.. has also been presented to her-for a review:) I don’t know what she wants to be when she grows up, all I know is that it’s happening too fast," Khanna wrote.

The comedy horror drama co-starring Kiara Advani will premiere directly on Disney+ Hotstar on November 9, a day before the IPL 2020 finale. The makers of the film unveiled the first motion poster of 'Laxmmi Bomb' earlier this month. It became the most viewed motion poster with over 21 million views within 24 hours. Akshay has several exciting projects in his kitty including 'BellBottom', 'Prithviraj', 'Bachchan Pandey' and 'Atrangi Re'. His film 'Sooryavanshi' was slated to hit the silver screens in March 2020; however, the makers decided to postpone the film's release date due to COVID-19 crisis.
