Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar penned a heartfelt post for his daughter Nitara, who turned a year older on Saturday (September 25). The doting father took to social media to share an adorable photo with daughter along with a sweet note.

The ‘Rustom’ star posted a snap on his official Instagram wherein Nitara can be seen hugging him. Khiladi Kumar was all smiles while comforting his daughter in his arms. 

“No bigger joy in the world than a daughter’s tight hug. Happy Birthday, Nitara - grow up, take on the world, but always stay Papa’s precious li’l girl too. Love you,” Akshay wrote while sharing the photo.

Akshay is currently busy shooting for his new film in the United Kingdom. He jetted off to London along with his family members after attending his mother Aruna Bhatia’s last rites in Mumbai. Being a thorough professional, he decided to not let the shoot suffer after his mother’s demise.
