After Ranbir Kapoor, Ram Charan To Buy 10,000 Tickets For 'Adipurush'

Just like Ranbir, the 'RRR' star will also be buying and distributing 10,000 tickets to underprivileged children.

New Delhi: After Ranbir Kapoor decided to purchase 10,000 tickets of 'Adipurush', Ram Charan will now follow suit by doing the same. Just like Ranbir, the 'RRR' star will also be buying and distributing 10,000 tickets to underprivileged children. In the past, Abhishek Agarwal had announced a similar gesture. Earlier, 'The Kashmir Files' director announced that he will donate 10,000 + tickets of 'Adipurush' to government schools, orphanages and old age homes in Telangana.

The makers will also open advance bookings for 'Adipurush' on Sunday. On Friday, the makers announced the advanced bookings on social media. They shared a poster which read, "the announcement about the film's advance bookings. Sharing a poster, their tweet read, "The world of Adipurush awaits🏹 Be among the first to experience the epic saga. Advance booking opens this Sunday!♥️🎬 #Adipurush in cinemas worldwide on 16th June ✨ #Prabhas  @omraut#SaifAliKhan  @kritisanon @mesunnysingh."

'Adipurush' is one of the biggest films of 2023 and will see Prabhas, Kriti Sanon together for the first time together. The film is an adaptation of the Hindu myth 'Ramayana' and will see Prabhas as Raghav and Kriti Sanon as Janaki. Saif Ali Khan will be seen playing the arch nemesis, the demon king Lankesh. Devdatta Nage will portray the role of Bajrang in the film.

Speaking about working with Prabhas, Om Raut told ETimes, "Prabhas is one of the nicest persons to work with. Apart from his work attitude, Prabhas brings home-cooked food on the sets. What I like about him is that he is always considerate of people on the sets, regardless of their stature."

The 'Tanhaji' director also spoke about Saif Ali Khan and told the publication, "I have had a great experience working with Saif. His intensity in the portrayal of his role in 'Tanhaji' has given me assurance that he could pull off this role with ease, as well."

'Adipurush' is slated to be released on June 16, 2023.
