Man Spotted With QR Code T-shirt At Ed Sheeran's Mumbai Concert Goes Viral. Here's What It Was

Amidst the frenzy of Ed Sheeran's stellar performance in Mumbai, social media users couldn't help but notice a concert attendee sporting a T-shirt adorned with a QR code on the back.

New Delhi: Ed Sheeran's recent concert in Mumbai proved to be a resounding success, captivating fans with his electrifying performance. Not only did the British singer-songwriter mesmerised his fans with renditions of his chart-topping hits, but he also collaborated with Diljit Dosanjh and sang in Punjabi for the first time, giving the audience a pleasant surprise.

Amidst the frenzy of Sheeran's stellar performance, social media users couldn't help but notice a concert attendee sporting a T-shirt adorned with a QR code on the back. This innovative move piqued curiosity as the QR code reportedly directed to the individual's online dating profile, sparking reactions online. 

X user Shweta Kukreja shared the post with the picture of the guy and wrote, “Saw this guy at a concert in Mumbai last night (the QR code opens his Tinder profile),"  

The message above the code reads, "For single people only.” 

The post soon went viral with thousands of likes and comments. 

The concertgoer's ingenious idea of incorporating his Tinder profile's QR code into his attire to potentially find love garnered significant attention online. Users on social media platforms were quick to comment on the unconventional approach to personal branding.  

One user wrote, "Personal branding 101: This guy printed a QR code on his T-shirt that leads to his Tinder profile." 

Another wrote, "And that's how I met your dad- this is gonna be the amazing story to tell." 

Another wrote, "Even AI will be scared of this guy's dating game."

Ed Sheeran's Mumbai concert
This was Ed Sheeran’s second concert in India and the highlight of this concert was undoubtedly Diljit and Ed performing together. 

Talking about Ed Sheeran and the evening, Dosanjh told IANS "It was wonderful performing with Ed Sheeran last evening. He truly knows how to work a crowd. He is such a giving artiste and sharing the stage with him was a real joy and an absolute honour. Whoever said language is a barrier needs to know that music is a language of its own.” 

Diljit also posted a video of himself singing with Ed on Instagram. The video with the caption, "Ed Sheeran singing in Panjabi for the first time."

Ed uploaded a video of their performance as well. The two hugged each other at the end of their performance as the audience cheered for them.
