New Delhi: With his solo debut song, 'Seven', BTS' Jungkook has completely taken over the music industry. Actress Han So-hee and American rapper and singer Latto are also featured in the song. Jungkook's feat of holding the top spot on the global Spotify chart created a new record for a K-pop artist.

In the midst of the excitement, an issue has surfaced over how the music gets credit on Spotify. BTS's music company, Hybe, has come under fire from the ARMY for naming 'BTS' alongside Jungkook. On Twitter, furious fans trended hashtags like BIGHIT RESPECT JUNGKOOK, REMOVE BTS TAG, and UNTAG BTS FROM SEVEN.

Jungkook’s solo songs having to bear group credits when it's his solo work, is extremely disrespectful to his individuality. No other members solo works or debut got the tag. Remove credits from Seven.

Some others brought out the fact that Jungkook was not mentioned in the video descriptions, which raised concerns about how his ranking on YouTube was distributed and how that might have affected the Hot 100 chart from Billboard.

According to the report, BigHit Music said, “The artist name for the Seven music video as well as the performance video is correctly registered as Jungkook in the YouTube system. There are no issues with the YouTube data count as well.”

Both the clean and the explicit versions of Jungkook's "Seven," as well as an instrumental, were released. In the interviews, Jungkook stated that he forced Kim Taehyung, alias V, to hear the song first.
