Katrina Kaif Says There Was A Time When She Couldn't Dance Until THIS Person Encouraged Her: Report
The ‘Sooryavanshi’ actress added that Farah Khan often reminded her to keep her hands and lines clean
New Delhi: Katrina Kaif is perhaps Bollywood's most-sought after actresses for dance numbers. However, this wasn't always the case. A few years ago, many thought Katrina Kaif could not dance. The actress who is currently awaiting the release of her upcoming film 'Phone Bhoot' opened up about her journey ( dance) in an interaction.
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Katrina Kaif said, "I could not dance. It’s not that they said that about me. No, I couldn’t dance. That was a fact. They were just stating the very obvious fact that was in front of them. I’ve said it many times before."

Katrina further shared that it was the choreographer Bosco Martis who saw something in her and asked her to keep working at it. "Bosco was the first person to… I don't know why or what he saw. Bosco was the first person to explain to me or talk to me. Because I was convinced that I was not a good dancer and I was never going to be a good dancer and I couldn’t dance and that was coming across. Bosco told me that you are a good dancer. You have it in you but you have things to work on."
“So once I felt the confidence that I am a good dancer, I just had to figure out the way and then everything changed for me," Katrina added.
Besides her wide and varied filmography, Katrina Kaif is known for some chartbuster popular songs like “Sheila Ki Jawani”, “Chikni Chameli '', “Kamli”, among others. In 'Phone Bhoot' too she has a couple of dance numbers.
'Phone Bhoot' also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter. The horror-comedy has been directed by Gurmmeet Singh.
