Pop icon Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom have officially ended their long-standing relationship, confirming their separation through a joint statement. After nearly a decade filled with love, milestones, and challenges, the duo has chosen to shift the focus of their bond to co-parenting their daughter, Daisy Dove.
In a recent statement released to People, a representative for the couple shared, "Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting."
The statement further added, "They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is and always will be raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect."
Meanwhile, Orlando Bloom has been fuelling speculation in recent weeks. He shared philosophical quotes about loneliness and emotional introspection from Carl Jung on his Instagram Stories, leaving many fans reading between the lines.
His recent outing in Venice with 'Euphoria' star Sydney Sweeney during Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's lavish wedding only added to the buzz surrounding the couple's status.

The 40-year-old 'Firework' singer and 48-year-old 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star first crossed paths at a Golden Globes after-party in 2016. Sparks flew, and their romance soon went public when they appeared together at the Cannes Film Festival the same year. Their love story took a brief pause in 2017 when they split, but they continued to remain on friendly terms.
A few years later, on Valentine's Day 2019, Orlando popped the question, and the two were soon engaged. In August 2020, the couple welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
